  1. 11:07, WAIT WHAT??? did It Takes Two´s score went down??? 😱
just checked, nope is up there with those two, he just didnt want to mention it 😉

PS: If you take into account both User and critic score, It Takes Two is the highest rated game of the year in metacritic (nevermind, its the first one either way)

  2. Every time FFXIV news comes out I hop back into it cause I appreciate what they do so much.

…and then I remember I have no friends to play with and get bored after a month 😂

  3. Starfield – May as well not release if it has a cash shop selling such "items". I wonder some times if the gaming industry actually learns from other's mistakes; If Amazon just googled the phrase 'E.A failures' and just didn't make the same choice, they'd be sound. Honestly boggles my mind!

  4. I'm gonna say, I am really disappointed with Amazon Games. They made so many games so far with such amazing potential, but every single one of them fell flat on their faces. Also also: If you're the type of player who can't invest in a game and doesn't have much time to play or whatever, just don't play an MMO. MMO's are supposed to be a long term investment, they're supposed to be grindy, they're supposed to be enjoyed slowly, there's supposed to be a journey for you to go through. I feel that by catering to the hardcore casual side of things that only play 2 hours a week at most is the wrong decision on Amazon's part. If you're going to cater to a player like that and have them as your main audience, don't make MMO's. Make a party game or a card game or a side scroller or something.

This whole decision was just a blatant way to appease corporates who don't give a single damn about the game their devs are making. They, like 90% of all other game companies, are in it for the money. And I'll be honest, I wanted to play New World. I really did. But as soon as they announced their plans for the cash shop, all intentions and desires to play the game instantly died. Amazon Games are sabotaging their own game and they probably should have never formed.

I'll tell you what though, the FFXIV team is beyond good and I really want to move on from WoW and subscribe to the game as soon as I get the money together

  6. It's so great to see "gamers" (TM) resist corporate bullshit. I hate empty platitudes, and it's annoying as hell when vapid. PR bullshit wins people over. These companies need to realize that if they sell a boost, we'll all just assume – whether they did or not – that they artificially elongated the grind in their game to sell the boost, so you may as well not even do it.

  7. Look, I'm 37, I work 60+ hours a week. I trade my time for money, and sometimes I'd like to trade my money for time. Now granted I'm not going to get into an MMO specifically because of the time sink required. But my point it, there is a place for timesavers. Charging for fast travel ain't it tho. I just don't agree that charging to make something more accommodating to folks that don't have time is a bad thing.

  8. The Japanese work ethic is on another level. I will be the first to admit that if I was in the hospital for literal cancer I am taking the time off to recover. This man was working from a hospital bed. I am impressed but at the same time I wish he would just focus on taking care of himself. Alls well that ends well but if it didn't…

  9. Yeah day 2 fanfest was really hard at the end. FFXIV can really pull me out of some of the worst times of my life because of how much love both the community and devs have for that game, and it's infectious. I am possibly a better person overall because of my time in FFXIV. It is the only MMO on the market now that I do not feel I am wasting my time to play. After the end of day 2 I immediately resubbed after a 6 month absence, said "sup" to my FC, and dove back in like I was never gone.

Every single MMO player should be supporting this game, it's going to be the only one still standing when all the other ones have finally fucked us into oblivion and we finally let them all die lol.

  12. Are you planning on reviewing Elite Dangerous odyssey? Once they patch it up? I'd really like your take on it. Yes it's a hefty game to review but you should consider it. Thx for all your great reviews btw! Stay safe!

  13. Would you add name titles to the game cutscenes that you show in your videos? I like the exposure to new games your videos give me and adding titles would make it possible to look up games that I find appealing.
