  1. I know some people hate my videos, and I get it, I do.

I'm sorry for being passionate about the smaller things in games, it's just, what's the point otherwise? Want me to be a doom-tuber? No thanks!

I'm tired of being told how bad I am, how few numbers I pull, how little impact I make on anyone's lives, and how insignificant my coverage of FFXIV actually is because some dude "data mined and made videos already", whereas everything on this channel is acquired and collected legitimately, otherwise, Square Enix may take down my channel, and being something I care about, that is never going to be an option for content here, sorry!

At the end of the day, I live once. If I'm going to continue to live, I want to do what I enjoy. If you hate that, I'm sorry, but I can't just give up on something I have literally chosen to dedicate the rest of my life for.

And yes, the videos are monetized. Because I cannot make videos without electricity and the Internet. Lately, that has apparently been a thing, supposedly you aren't allowed to make money from YouTube and get a "real job". So sick of that attitude.

Thank you for watching these videos.

Each view helps me continue to do what I do physically.
And Patreons put food on my table.

  2. Something to note about the headpiece of the Feminine set is that the dyeable part is the 'hair' part just like with the head piece that came with the 6.3 Tataru glamour set. So it effectively can be utilise to change your hairstyle a bit

  3. I am sooooooooo excited! I cannot wait to get the masculine set. I am so happy the chest and legs are separated so that I can dye them separately. ☺️ It's too bad the Hakama aren't pant leggings though like real life, but I imagine it would be difficult for them to achieve that with the current engine.

  7. The style is absolutely not my thing. I'm just not really interested in that aesthetic. But I do have to say that the detail on these in terms of both textures/materials and just design embellishments in general is increasing quite notably. Very nice to see.

  8. Unrelated.
Got the new Blue Mage outfit the other day which has a cloak the tail of my Au Ra desecrates a wee bit, and was reminded of some cloaks in early WoW that was split down the middle. For example the Arcane Cloak, or Blackveil Cape.
It's probably a bit much to wish they could have it split in such a manner for tailed characters (considering how our eared counterparts are doing), but I find the style in general is quite appealing.

  9. Love these two sets a ton. While I still hold out hope for a more standard slim fitting kimono a la Tataru, I'm really happy with this. Personally I suggest use the kimono bottom from the masc set and using it on the fem set but maybe that's just me.
Oh, and the sets are both basically designed around the Heian period in Japan where noble ladies wore multi layered kimonos with the number of layers essentially equating to how much wealth or status the wearer had. And as others have pointed out, the head piece has a dyeable part that is meant to match your hair colour so that the style works with the hair pins and arrangement.

  10. We love you Meoni! Having haters means you're doing something people are jealous they could do. I rely on you to get a good look at new stuff to see if i want to grind for it myself. Youve saved me so much time in the past and certainly will in the future. Have an awesome day and see ya at Fan Fest!
