Uraeus Coat does not work for this. At least, it seems to not work for players on the Crystal Data Center. Nor the level 50/60 coats that look similar locked to Striking / Scouting. Neither I (male) nor my wife (female) had success with it. Only the Pagos Top and derivatives. Possible DC bug.
