Lol literally everyone who reacts to this talks over Estinien saying "the hour is come, Vrtra" and then asks who the dragon is immediately afterward. You should also watch the Endwalker Job Actions trailer if you haven't yet.
My friends and I were speculating who's going to die and we all came out with different guesses. One went back to former Final Fantasy and how it is similar to what we are going towards and how twins are the target. In the video, Alisae was holding her side in pain which we all assumed it was from the attack but it could be an old wound we yet to find out. Another speculated Y'ishtola with her blindness. Master Matoya warned her that sensing Aether around her will shorten her own very life force. So she is on a borrowed time. Others speculated Thancred may do something unexpected that causes him to get into life threating scenario. At this point, anything can happen lol.
I'm still thinking the glowing woman at the end of the MSQ is Venat, especially since they're holding an amauratine mask.
