Consistency is key to building trust. XIV suffered immense criticism during 1.0 and Yoshi P and his team accepted the challenge and fixed it. Even when less people cared, there were Live Letters, smaller conventions, blog/forum posts and social media posts. I can't recall a year that they didn't have any announcements, patches, DLCs to make the game better for the playerbase. I'm just shocked to know how WoW players endured 10years of coldness from Blizzard.

Would like to see the current team release a successful game. So far we have seen WC3 remastered, Diablo2 remastered, OW remastered (2) and none of them have done better than original version.
