I missed this stream and I love the discussion of Hreasvalgar and Shiva and their union through consumption, the way the Ishgardian orthodox tells that story and the allusions to Catholicism. GOOOD STUFF

Can I give voice to thouths born from his commentary at around 30 min mark when he speaks about shiva and hils-dragon unifying by him eating her. 🤔 cous if you think about the things revealed in shadowbringer and omega raids… then I have a question that boters me now 😅 soooo….

Shiva is a sundered beeing. By her unifying whit a dragon. She can never become hole whit the rest of the shards, rite?
I'm thinking of like how we merged whit our shard from the first. She merged souls whit the dragon 🤔
But the dragons are from another world, rite?
So their souls…. are they born from ouer world or are they born from the world they came from?
Can shards be born as dragons?
If they can, coud shiva and complicated name dragon be of the same original soul?

Love the playthrough! And Heavensward still has my personal favorite story (despite having some really not so great parts) of all the expansions I've played through yet, I really like how everything that the dragons do is imbued with a kind of mythic quality, basic actions are given more meaning. It makes them feel kind of alien in a way.
