Very nervous while making this video as I know the grand scale of what I did. Sorry FFXIV community, sorry everyone. I deserve whatever comes my way. I don't want to seek forgiveness, as this was no way to conduct myself as a content creator. I screwed this one up guys, I regret it all.

I don't think its that big of deal, but yeah I get why you feel the need to make this vid. Literally you said nothing that people don't say in their private discords. Only screw up was not censoring the name and being a youtuber. Relaying the story would have been fine.

I've seen your streams and youtube content and I know you're a great content creator. You were heated and in the moment, anyone can understand that. just gotta be carefull when you lose your cool given you're a streamer/youtuber broadcasting to lots of people. You were big enough to apologise instead of doubling down and I guess thats the only thing you can do at this point. peepoLove
The important part is what you do moving forward. Maybe try and figure out how to provide something positive back to the community. We all have had our Mysidian Rabbit moments and this video is a good positive step forward.
I am torn about this. I have dealt with incredibly toxic and petulant little children (here’s looking at you Steve Aoki) and their little buddies from Couerl. I would love to see them called out for their behavior, especially when then the entire raid insulted and berated me for the rest of the run (it was World of Darkness of all things). 7 assholes managed to bully a single player, because they are awesome and a bunch of World Firsters. So I don’t have sympathy for jerks getting called out, often times they deserve it and that is the only language they understand. But I certainly respect your decision to retract your statement. Don’t feel bad, because they don’t feel bad for abusing other players
Hey, I've been watching your videos for a long time and I love how passionate you are both about the game and in general. One of the consequences of being really passionate (I am, too) is that sometimes we "run hot" and shoot from the hip without thinking. Big props for coming out and apologizing about it. You said the guy DM'ed you so I'm sure you apologized to him as well so at this point, just move on. That said, don't stop being you — passion is good and sometimes it gets a bit out of control, but I think you realized that and now can be a bit more aware but still have fun.
You have a good thing going, your a good content creator. Think about this as an eye openner, your exposed by doing what you do, be careful, a normal rant on a bad day can turn into a shitstorm. Remeber the Food User thing, saw how it was treated? This could be the same if no names were thrown, yet you could be flamed for making a big deal about a couple lines in chat. I hope this doesnt discourage you from your path in content making and will be looking forward for your next adventures. Good Luck and thank you for being honest about it.

You did over react big time over it, the guy said so few words but you kept going and getting mad at them. They barley said anything more, some groups like to save lb3 to tank lb it for example during golden to be safe sometimes cuz there really is no dps check. It's fine though if you've apologized to them properly because what you did could've enabled toxicity towards them but instead it backlashed at you. FYI I'm also in your blacklist even though I helped you clear your first few raids and warned you about people that don't talk to you anymore :). It was something similar in an e9s pf where I was just confused about positions the party has sent as some people said m2 but went m1 instead, didn't argue or nothing but after that I got in your blacklist for some reason :D.

Personally struggling to understand how such a video could be made without a second thought on whether it's a good idea or not, nor have you addressed the fact that the witch-hunting and harassment of someone in this manner could've caused serious damage to their reputation and ability to play the game, as was proved by some of the comments on that video that supported your claims. There was also no clause to condemn the act of using the video to harass an individual. Hopefully those commentors and others will see this video and be just as much of a sheep, therefore quickly dropping it too. It saddens me that people are so incapable of making their own opinions of others.
On that note though, in the future, take more accountability for the fact that you're a content creator with an audience, and therefore your voice is louder than you think. You're of course entitled to have opinions and emotions about things as do we all, but it's never okay to abuse your platform for a call-to-action to humiliate someone. It just looked like the video was put together in an irresponsible and irrationally blind rage. Sort it out in DMs, report if you feel they broke ToS, or blacklist and/or move on. Those that are persistent issues in PF, PvP etc. makes themselves known on their own, but even then it's just a game and should therefore never become personal.
Nevertheless, decent of you to at least take the video down and acknowledge your mistakes. Let's hope this new attitude sticks.

But… Healers often rescue the person who uses the LB3 because it frees them from animation lock. You just have to do it after the cast goes off. If it wasn’t serious, then that’s not okay. Seriously, talk to the streamer before you meme. Set up it first… people should participate in content creation, not trying to have your moment of fame.
This whole scenario was "cringe" at best, Regardless if Kaede is a dick, you just simply need move on. It did come off really childish. I know you want to make content, but chill sometimes, take a step back, leave the group, many other ways to avoid situations.

I was not there to watch the video you had yesterday, but the fact that you took the responsibility so fast and solid, your are way more accountable for some other content creators. What also amazed me is that the comments below, not only people are respecting you, but also wanting to give that Kaede player a 2nd chance. That shows a lot of our FFXIV community. Way to go Alninio and everyone!
I think the only problem was showing his name. Couldve had the same video but kept him anonymous. But then again im guessing you streamed it so people couldve seen the name there so maybe not lol
You may have overexaggerated a bit but the guy has been widely blacklisted for good reason. Either way, reflecting on your own content is what makes you grow. Props.
Personally if someone wants to waste 20mins of my life meming on a final phase of an ultimate they’re blacklisted. Sure meme on the earlier phases but knuckle down for the last phase. It’s just common curtesy. Best thing to do is just blacklist and move on. Let them waste somebody else’s time
