  1. 9:55 I will say, it feels counter intuitive, but it's easier dealing with mechanics as a caster by sticking close to the boss. A lot of AOEs are cone shaped and you can kinda just side step a little bit rather than having to make large movements etc. Same with stacks, don't need to move if you're already with everyone 😀

  2. 5:05: fun fact: if you're playing a healer (when I went though Stormblood I was playing WHM) Kryal will yell at you to come help heal Y'shtola. This was done, in part, because people who played healers were complaining how in some cutscenes it would have made more since for them to try and heal a wounded ally instead of leaving it to Alphy like usual

  3. The one thing I will point out – Baelsar's Wall was the last time the Nameless Scion Crew will show up for Duty Support. From now on, minimum 2 out of 3 NPC party members will be Named Characters. It's worth at least checking to see who's available. Some of the NPCs who show up in Duty Support are fun.

  4. Usually people call Zenos' sword-cylinder a golf-bag, rather than a gattling, but that works too. ^^

Ah, Kugane Tower… make sure you're well rested when you do it. When I tried that the first time, I was at it for four hours I think, before giving up and going to bed. The next day, I was through in 15 minutes, and from the top, even managed the jump onto the lamp on the first try.

  5. Stormblood is when the WoL gets to develop a personality beyond 'nod nod' and it's glorious. Especially when you get to the final boss. >:3

Stormblood is also when the duties get really, really goddamn good.

  6. Carvellain being the lost heir to one of the main Ishgardian Four Houses was something they brought up in 1.0 initially.

They do sort of give it a conclusion too. But you would need a lvl 70-80 crafter or gatherer since it's a Custom Deliveries storyline with his father, Charlemend.

  7. In this questline, Lyse asks WoL to help, to which I said: not my fight. Have I not being diverted elsewhere, I would have been at the Reach and the worst would have been averted.
But it is not that the WoL has any say on anything.

I really liked Yda, I really dislike Lyse.
