So I Introduced ANOTHER Friend To FFXIV… | Final Fantasy XIV

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. MMOs are just better with friends. This is something I strongly believe in and in an attempt to experience the same glory days of playing MMOs that I have only heard stories of, for the last while I have been introducing my friends to Final Fantasy XIV and trying to get them into the game. The last time I did this I made a video out of it, which did extremely well and many people enjoyed it, so here is a spiritual successor of sorts. Same concept, different friend, and I think just as enjoyable.

Once again I had an absolute blast recording and editing this video, and with how well the previous one did I plan on turning these types of videos into a regular series on my channel. So if you enjoy videos like this make sure to subscribe in order see new videos like this as soon as they come out.

  1. Was I the only person that was a little sad that you're running around with a lvl 80 Paladin but didn't bother to bring a healer to help a friend out? I mean, if you've got time to help your friends out by introducing them to the game then you also either have every job maxed at 80 OR you have a new job you can start and level up with them. I would LOVE the experience of leveling along with someone in the game but unfortunately all of my friends who would try this game already have max level characters.

  2. Me to my friends: "Have you heard of Square Enix's hit MMO RPG, Final Fantasy 14? Its free trial includes all jobs and content up to level 60, including its first expansion Heavensward! They also have pre-orders for their new expansion, Endwalker, available! When you pre-order this latest expansion, you get all other expansions for free! AND, without even paying extra for a collector's edition, this includes a snazzy earring that gives 30% bonus exp for all combat jobs under level 70! :D"

  3. Remember Final Fantasy from PlayStation 2 ? turn-based competitive combat. fun times. u are making this game into a dungeon crawl for anime-only fans. u sleep on PVP and social updates. u use 20-year-old patterns. like subscription and tab targeting combat. and u wonder why your game is not getting popular. cmon. if u wanna fix ur game add in some skill shots and dodges to make it hybrid combat, add the ability to tame open world monsters to have them as a mount, make open-world raid bosses where guild and players fight FOR them. make a good 4v4 map. add chat bubbles. instead of important updates, we get shemale class option. wtf man

  5. With your WoL being an Elezen Paladin, I like to think that he was an Ishgardian knight before 2.0 and that he’s just made friends with a bunch of strange characters, aka your IRL friends

  8. As a fellow PLD main… I have yet to finish 3.0 and I'm around 230 hours into my play time, I'm taking my time I know, but I feel that I might not be finished with 4.0 by the time 6.0 comes out… xD

  9. Lancers kill everything with their pointy spear, but are squishy and die in one hit. Paladins, on the other hand, have a shield that is nigh impenetrable and are basically immortal, but their swords might as well be made of cardboard. Great duo lol

  10. My sister successfully convinced me and an irl friend of hers to play FFXIV within a few months of each other. Friend was always teasing me to catch up to him in the MSQ. Then I did 'cause I was unemployed. I capped multiple jobs before him, maxed all my crafters and gatherers so I could be self-sufficient, and finished Shadowbringers way before him. He got a little salty about it.
