Oh man I didn’t know Hildebrand was 30+ quests sheesh. I better get to work.
I'd like to add "A Fortune in Salt" and "Take with a Tonze of Salt" fairly well hidden quests giving Alamhigan efforts some light from Stormblood.
Hildebrand is where they test out new animations and spell effects and so forth. They always have the wierdest ones.
I think The Corpse Groom is worth a mention here

Some of the aether current quest have fantastic questline. The story continues after getting the aether current rewards, and the quest icon turns gold.

I have unlocked the Mailmoogle delivery quest line, I just need to continue it.
I finished Doma quite a while ago.
I also know about the Greatest Story Never Told and I am – regretfully – going to be hitting it up with a guide ^^;
I think a lot of people miss the Doman Enclave because of its prerequisite quests.
