  1. I remember seeing the new Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr trailer back then and could not help but see that it was very similar to FFXIV's End of an Era, specifically towards the end

Edit: Corrections made. Not 6, but Elsweyr

  2. As somebody who like the novels of Soul Continent and the game FFXIV, I'm just disappointed.
They really had to stretch it to have him fight with all those weapons. lol

  3. Funny thing, if China ever starts becoming the mega giant of something everyone is just going to steal from them and then they will have the short end of the stick AND no one will carry when China cry's out. Everyone will just respond with the same B.S. they have been giving.

  5. Not only copied a trailer from ff14 shadowbringers, but they even made a "literal" Sephiroth clone in the end of the trailer. Like, clearly someone is either a fan or China just went "Oh, ff14 is popular and ff7 just got a remake. Let's go, boys!"

  6. Thing is, if they'd made an original trailer nobody would be talking about it.
Instead they made a 1:1 copy and because of the loose Chinese copyright laws they're off the hook for it AND people are talking about it more. In this market more than any – any publicity is good publicity – they've achieved exactly what they wanted.
