The Final Fantasy 14 2022 Easter event The Hatching Tide has been released and I’m here to get you the information you need super quick!
This event will be running from now when this video is released until April 27th, so don’t get lost in the patch 6.1 hype since this is only around for 2 weeks!

So first up let’s talk rewards and the rewards include this super intensely awesome hatching bunny that is a play on the bunnies you see in pagos that do their funny movements. I actually really genuinely love this minion and it’s distinct appearance and I’m sure you’ll see plenty of it alongside my drippy minion in the future!
The next reward is the eat emote for uh apparently eating an egg like this. Who am I to judge!
The next items are these super colorful housing items, I’ll add the spinning thing to my collection of spinning things I’m making and then this vibrant easter basket which honestly I suspect will be used to make very interesting clipping furnishings. Fountain with flowers around it anyone?
You start these quests by talking to Jihli Aliapoh in Old Gradania x coordinate 10.2 and y coordinate 9.4 which will start you off on an absolutely awesome questline well worth checking out for the positive heartwarming feels!
This will lead you to eventually need to do a fate in the central shroud called hippity hoppity happily in the central shroud x coordinate 25 and y coordinate 29. If it doesn’t immediately pop just wait it out for a bit alongside the horde of other people.
I’d describe this fate as random chaos and confusion, if I am honest. Try and grab as many bunnies as you can with the nets and uhhh that might be slightly difficult depending on your server! I spammed the 1 button nonstop and ran after bunnies. I’m not sure if there is a better technique when the event is just this new…
