Hello so this is a trick that I found while being dc’d out of my queue, yesterday.
Disclaimer:
It might not work always, tbh…. I myself don’t even fully understand, the nature of how it works and why….
I just know that each time I’ve gotten error: 2002 while in que, I’ve always been able to reque instantly with my spot in que held whenever I use the data center relog trick!
my theory is that if you dc the first time the game will hold your spot until you your next attempted log in, if your second log in fails then it doesn’t hold your spot for your third attempt
… I really hope this works for you as well!

Nope still 2002 but thanks for getting out there with suggestions
I got the 2002 error in the middle of queue and this got me closer to logging in
nice job!
! it worked! thank you for the tip
It just worked for me too thank you omg went from 4k to 400 and it kicked me. Got back in at 400
I just handle the 2002 errors by setting a hard cap on how many times I see it before going to play something else.. The que's are a LOT shorter on non peek time's.
Nothing better than getting a 4k que, and then getting 2002'ed at 10
And I get a message saying this world is currently full please wait until an opening is available and try again.
If I don't get in before 10 AM I know I won't be able to get in until midnight, luckily I'm in a position to be able to play at that time for an hour or so which is enough to keep me happy, but I know a lot of people are in my position, hopefully it's not as bad once the official release date comes around. 9
did not work for me
This actually worked for me. Not gonna lie I was skeptical. Thank you.
I'm getting the 2002 even before character screen. I have no change to even queue.
I wasn't able to tell if this trick works or not thanks to youtube disabling dislikes. But thankfully It had indeed worked for me. I got disconnected at about queue: ~500 and when I had reconnected I had a spot of ~270. So thanks for the video man this trick saved me.
Every time I try I just get dced
This has nothing to do with it. It just depends on how long it takes you to get back in queue.
It worked for me! TY
I've been doing the same without the dc select thing and I get shorter queues than before, I think it happens because a lot of people just give up and don't requeue.
