🔴 Final Fantasy XIV is quite the mmorpg, and Endwalker is throwing me for a loop. Bunnies? Carrots? What’s going on?

More about Final Fantasy 14:
“Final Fantasy XIV[b] is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) for Microsoft Windows personal computers, developed and published by Square Enix in 2010. It is the fourteenth entry in the main Final Fantasy series and the second MMORPG in the series after Final Fantasy XI. Set in the fantasy realm of Eorzea, players take control of a customized avatar as they explore the land and are caught up in both an invasion by the hostile Garlean Empire and the threat of the Primals, the deities of the land’s Beastmen tribes. Eventually, they are embroiled in a plot by a Garlean Legatus to destroy the Primals by bringing one of the planet’s moons down on Eorzea.
Final Fantasy XIV takes place in a high fantasy setting. The main location is Eorzea, a continent on the larger planet Hydaelyn: this contrasts Final Fantasy XI which uses one name to refer to the entire world and its regions. Eorzea is broken up among three main powers: the forest nation of Gridania; the desert-based Ul’dah sultanate; and the thalassocracy of Limsa Lominsa, Eorzea’s dominant maritime power. Other important locations include the scholarly city-state of Sharlayan and the Garlean Empire, a hostile northern power with highly developed technology. Five years prior to the start of the game, the Garlean Empire invaded the land of Ala Mhigo, but were prevented from conquering Eorzea by the attacks of the ancient dragon Midgardsomr and his dragon hordes. In response to the Empire’s threat, the three nations of Eorzea reform the Grand Companies, comprehensive centers of command which combine the cities’ military and economic assets. The Grand Companies attracted people from all walks of life, who take up the mantle of Adventurers.”

The twelve is the alliance 24 man raid.
CT/sky pirates/Ivalice/nier are the 24 man raids.
That moment of relief, I felt that. We alllll felt that! Matsya's VA during that run absolutely rocked it.
I felt traumatized like three times this expansion this one was the worst. It was so well done.
I fully agree as a father myself I’m not interested in deaths of children
I feel like the one that destroyed you, Kro was no other than calling Ardbert, Albert. lol
Call me heartless, but that scene shouldn't have happened regardless, because the baby should have drowned for how long it was down there for and baby's don't know how to hold they're breath so it would have inhaled water the moment it was submerged.
Of course I was at work to miss this one. At least the vods are up and can catch up to good content 😤
Friend: lol what a jebait lame
Meanwhile I'm having a heart attack and crying lol 😭.
Actually fun fact about the water: it is not truly instanced. You can see players from outside of it and their shadows even.
the divinity?
nay, but one who would deliver thee just the same
such badass dynamic entry line
Re: Werlyt: if you got through all the Thavnair stuff okay, and Garlemald before that, I don't think there's anything in Werlyt that's worse than that, or even quite as bad. It's a sad (if beautiful) story, but actually looking it up, no one who has something awful happen to them directly is younger than 16-17.
i feel bad for the guy he turned on in chat. he was making a pretty fair point. kro spent about 10 minutes having a meltdown and threatening to stop playing about a plot point that didnt even happen in the first place. got himself all wound up and took it out on that flamingo guy and turned the chat on him.
I just started watching The walking Dead I'm actually in season 4.. I told my son if they start killing kids that I'm not going to watch anymore because I'm watching for him even though I enjoy the show lol so I get where we draw our lines
I got to this part and was also shouting at my screen that I was going to uninstall this game if Matsya and the baby didn't make it.
PS I love guessing what's next in stories- that's the indication of a good story. You care enough to try and figure out what's happening before it gets there.
I think the main reason why we all got tense on the baby scene is because back in Radz-at-han we saw a kid turning and getting instantly stomped by a larger abomination. So even if in our head we knew Sqex would never kill a baby, we were all the time in our hearts doubting it, asking if they would go that far.
Matsya VA on that scene is on pair with Lyna's "I'm fine" speech after Eulmore attack Lakeland. That was a marvelous delivery.
