What did you think of the launch trailer?
"Oh it is Saturday evening shouldn't there be a new Birds of Play video?"

Perfect timing.
The hype for Endwalker is real!
Oh I've been waiting for this!
It was actually stated back in Stormblood that Garleans were driven to these cold lands by other races and that that was why the empire was founded. To defend themselves. At least at first. Ivalice raids give much lore on that too. BTW. 5:07 Humbaba from FFVI. Love it. Also, that Garlean judge character could possibly be Nerva. Cousin of Zenos. And did you notice that Ancients in Amaourot now look like people. It may be a real flashback this time.
I love ya guys. Thank you so much for this!!
So excited for Endwalker!!
I really hope the Scions are all safe. Would hate to get this far and lose any one of them. Everyone is pointing to the twins based on this trailer.
The alphinaud line is meant to make us think about the future and if every scion will be with us next expansion it's not related to anyone dying
a lot of people had speculated Alphinaud's line as a death flag, but really, it's just TOO obvious. it doesn't help that we get images of the other scions, that gives off the vibe that they are to be remembered dearly. so there is that possibility some of those highlighted in that final part, possibly including our WOL, may need to make the ultimate sacrifice.
SPOILERS
or as call back to FF4, where EW is mostly inspired of, mirroring Polom&Porom's sacrifice to open a path for Cecil, the twins, following Louisoix's example, will have to sacrifice themselves in some way, to open up a path for our hero to forge on ahead, to be the one who walks forward to see the end; the Endwalker, so to speak.
wild proofless theory & speculation: Alphi & Ali becomes the new vessels for Hydaelyn and Zodiark, cooperating with each other to holding back the calamity, to carve a path for humanity to forge ahead until the end of time.
8:11 I honestly think that's Zodiark's voice
nice work
Thank you for every contribute to this
I love you guys
3:10 i think this part is showing alphi's compassion for others
he like "we may not belong here, but they don't deserve to be left here in this decimated frozen wasteland"
Kind of wanting to help them
at 6:58 for the jp lines i dont think its fandaniel, its sound much more like JP elidibus. if that is the case it would make sense that he is talking about zodiark, since he becomes its hearts and later on withdrew himself from it.
for the english version at 7:31 is sounds like an emotional fourchenault
5:45 I think you're slightly misunderstanding the line "we've come too far to back down now." It's a statement of commitment, as in, "we've sacrificed so much already, there's no other choice but to fight to the end."
The voice in the Zodiark Part is not Fanadiel, it is Elidibus-chan. Its the Seiyuu Akira Ishida, who is the voice of Gara from Naruto or Katsura from Gintama…its such a unique voice <3
For Fandaniel’s monologue, if you listen more carefully it’s actually 我ら「の」創りし神よ, not を
Also the line midway through the trailer should be まことこの世は、絶望ばかりがすり寄ってきよる (look up the phrase すり寄る)
A little correction.
Fandaniel says "warera NO tsukurishi kami" "god that we created"
