Ingredients:
1 loaf walnut bread, sliced 1/2 thick then let sit out over night to dry
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup coconut milk
5 eggs
2 TBS maple cream
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 TBS vanilla extract
1 TBS Amaretto liqueur (optional)
