what went wrong in the vic mignogna case is that he lost on a technicallity, the people who tried to ruin his life got THE LUCKIEST RESULT YOU COULD EVER GET IN A COURTROOM. Vics lawyers finally got the statements from chris slatosh a con manager that had texts from the kickvic crew of forcing him to drop vic or pull sponsors. This would be their smoking gun. I guess the strategy was to submit the document a few hours before the deadline just so the otherside doesnt have enough time to respond and delay things further can cost vic more money.but there was an issue with the courts document submission server. the documents were submitted late and TECHNICALLY werent able to be considered in the hearing.
The judge doesnt have much experience with how a TCPA hearing was supposed to go, but a major element is that all evedence is supposed to be viewed in the light favorable to vics side for the sake of, and even evidence that wouldnt normally be admissable would be considered. the late document is technically admissable because it was filed late but should ahve been considered. the court did nothing to rectify or give an extension for an issue that was caused on their side. the court fucked up, the judge didnt run the hearing properly and ultimately the appeals court gives deffereance to the judges disicion. i feel bad for vic
why do they hate vic, Chuck Huber a fellow VA and friend of vic explained it.
