    I’m not sure if you have the first 2 steps of the mandervile weapon, but you might need them to do this part. (if you do ignore then ignore that)

    But on the last step (what you’re doing right now) they will ask you what stats you want on the weapon, that will replace the need for materia. On bard you want:
    1.Weapon Damage;
    2.Dexterity;
    3.Critical Hit;
