  1. Damn, I forgot to look at the nominees but I'm honestly glad NMS was also second. Might not be your typical mmo but goddamn, the community on that is also amazing so i'm not surprised it went high up there

  2. My guess was the top 2 contenders wouldโ€™ve been FFXIV and Genshin. However I felt that FFXIV would win hands down because honestly Genshin is huge but doesnโ€™t care as much about its fans the way FFXIV does. Deserved award for sure!

  3. the community may have its ups and downs and its definitely not a perfect community
    HOWEVER

i believe the ffxiv community truly is the strongest when we are brought together on a mission
to accept and complete the newest MSQ patch "get the best community reward"

  4. Currently trying to get a world of warcraft streamer over to 14. She's having much anxiety over this because 1. She hates the direction its gone and 2. She's been playing wow for 11 years. I hope this can help her knowing the community is far more helpful and embracing.

  5. One thing I do love about the community is that even when we have our downs, eventually we try to find a brighter future going forward and don't linger on the negatives for long and try to uplift one another, even when we have disagreements.

  6. It's MMO comfy done good. You don't feel the need to be on every single day unless there's new stuff to experience, and you know that more stuff is released in very frequent patches, even halfway patches now. You'll keep up with it cus you want to, rather than feel you "have" to.

  7. There's no such thing as a perfect community, but FFXIV is still the best community of which I've been a part in my entire gaming life.

Everytime I see someone stop–or at least attempt to–the pull so a sprout can watch a cutscene, joke around after multiple deaths or after someone dc's instead of automatically getting pissed, join in on a Hunt Train someone took time out of their day to map out and coordinate, and/or play a Bard concert for people just for the hell of it, it makes me proud to be a part of this community.

No matter what games I try out during the down time, I know I'll always come back.๐Ÿ˜
