FFXIV OST – The Queen Awakens

Final boss for Delubrum Reginae, the new raid added for Bozjan Battlefront. Well… I ran out of disk space while recording it so the video was cut, it was close to a 30 min fight with lots of deaths anyways. Now we know where the music from the trailer was, I was looking forward to it, and I quite like it now.

  1. If nothing else… Misija does tacitly admit to Marsak in his interrogation of her after these events that she admires him and his kindness.
"I pray the source of [your] kindness never dries up."

  2. Off topic, but I love how femroes are getting appreciated so much in Bozja. The story did us good.
(appreciation as in screen time, they're getting a lot of it in the Bozja questline)

  3. Just played this and heard what sounds like the increasing tempo of horns from Seph's Theme (FF7R) and 7 Seconds Until the End (FF7R) intermixed with the main raid theme. Thought that was pretty cool even if it's just in my head…

  4. i've been running this lately for relic hell and the percussion at the start has been bothering the PISS out of me cus i knew it reminded me of something from mario+ luigi. today, i FINALLY found what i was looking for: it's a very close match to that of the Star Shrine theme from mario + luigi: partners in time. im finally free from this hell, i can rest o/

  5. Shame that Misja's boss design is not great. Was literally falling asleep when I first played it XD Learning that the car had a little trumpet was what put the final nail on the coffin

  6. Everytime I listen to this I think of the lore behind the Trinity seeker and Trinity avowed bosses which are basically 3 of 6 bozjan resistance blades amalgamated with magitek to make them…. Eerie but cool at the same time

  7. Me, at first dozen runs months ago: silent whimper about getting hit by every mechanic and drop mettle

Also me, recently, for 515 farm: singing along those funny lyrics while having a f*ktun of fun to this
