Square Enix still appears to be having trouble with the FFXIV Housing Lottery.
In this video we look at a large that should be available to purchase tickets for, but is not. Regardless of what went down with this FF14 Housing plot, it should either show available to purchase lottery tickets or not show available for sale.
The auctioneers gavel shows on the map, and yet no housing lottery tickets can be purchased.

Nothing official, but I've seen a person say that if someone leaves a plot for whatever reason, it doesn't come up for bid until the next period of bidding. Interested in seeing if that really is the case.
I quit back in June because of this shit man. I hope they fix it, LB is 😩🤌
If the plot was relinquished after the start of the current housing purchase phase (began Saturday 8/6 @ 11A EST) then it will be unavailable during this purchase and results phase. If that's the case it will be available Monday 8/15 @ 11A EST for bids. If it was relinquished before the start of the start of the housing purchase period, then yes it should be up for lottery and a ticket will need to be put in for it. Hopefully this helps. I hope you get the winning ticket on it!
Yeah. Housing still a huge bummer. Was going to take a break from the game and a couple days before my sub was up a medium came up so I stayed and of course out of the over 200 who bid it definitely wasn't me who won. Maybe by patch 10.3 I'll finally get some type of housing. I figure after about 5-6 more years of trying I might have a chance (okay, probably not). Also a bummer that that there are so few mediums and larges. Cottages aren't much more than an apartment but I'd take. Even the bad lots have 70+ players bidding. A good cottage plot jumps close to 200.
