Ayyy been waiting for these
It seriously frustrates me when I go an entire duty without ever seeing a Feint or Addle debuff marker on an enemy. Thank you for this!
oooh, i was actually just thinking about how a guide like this would be useful as i've been trying to use "minor" stuff like feint and addle more often
TIL feint has a 10 range
If you play multiple jobs, my advice is to keep these skills in the same spot on all your hotbars. You want to have the muscle memory to hit these skills reliably, so always having them in the same spot will save your bacon when you need to. This includes similar skills in other job roles like Surecast (Arm's Length) or Addle (Feint)/[insert Physical Ranged Raidwide Mitigation here]. I don't see it often discussed but it is immensely helpful.
The Costa Del Sol duty was crazy 😭. I cheesed it with potions because the monster enemy kept slapping me with its hard hitting aoes.
I like to use Arm's length to deny healers who try to deny me a last second backflip!
Does second wind still scale off strength for ninja/rogue?
I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks that SAM job quest is a weird difficulty spike lol
Doesn't feint also reduce the damage of enemy auto-attacks? Most of those are physical, so if the tank is being pummelled by those (and that can be as scary as busters) you can help the healer keep up with that too
