  1. Story was phenomenal. Took Warrior to 90 first and it’s great. My only real issues are once again with some of the voice acting choices but that’s pretty much it other than some minor stuff here and there. 9/10 for me

  2. Please don't Hate me. But I didn't like Endwalker for many reasons, and how I felt the story was rushed and was missing a big chunk of stuff. If I made video and explain why, I know for in fact the community will get very hostile.

  3. I've given the attunement question some thought and here is what I think. Your soul attunes allowing you to travel. Your body is the source of Anima that allows teleportation. IIRC during the SB 4.x stuff in Doma it's mentioned that since you have an abundance of anima you get to play messenger teleporting back and forth. Also Zenos' goal wasn't to kill a scion. It was to piss you off and push you. If you couldn't make it in time he would kill them. Which is why he slow walked back to camp.

  4. The whole concept of Akasha is amazing to me, it's been a running thing in a lot of FF games, from the anger and despair that makes turns souls into fiends in FFX to Limit Breaks literally being the Super Saiyan moment to protect your loved ones. And that trial, the reveal was so perfect and they basically told us in ShB without telling us. The whole expansion showing that light doesn't equal good and dark doesn't equal bad, they're just different states of aether, to the fact no one ever said a single evil thing Zodiark did, he was literally the savior of the world but because the Ascians are the villains, we're so conditioned to fantasy stories making the dark thing the big bad, no one saw that first trial coming. It's so good and added that one element to the universe that explains and gives context to so much, like the Thordan "What are you?!?!" moment, we are literally using the power of friendship and anime to suddenly become way more powerful when our world and friends are at risk.

  5. On my first character, my main Crystal Character I only got 1 Job to lv90. BRD
On my second character, my Primal Alt I got two jobs to lv90. BRD & DRG
On my third character, my Aether Alt I haven't started anything. Everything is only @ Lv80s.

Edit: Also the DRG on my Primal Alt was only lv73, I gained a total of 17 levels.

  6. Im going to disagree with Chris. Completing the first Trial really didnt feel like "this is where the credits would have rolled" to me, in retrospect. Zodiark would have been the level 88~89 trial, the second one, with Anima coming before him- and the boss of the third dungeon would have been the final Trial. They could have made it patch content, giving more time to build up the After Zodiark, but I feel like it would have felt more hollow? And the Magus Sisters work quite well as a dungeon boss, but i dont think would have made for as good a Trial.

  7. The body swap was the first moment where I went: “Ah! They’re going to kill someone!” But who? And when it didn’t happen I was actually surprised! Zodiark being killed was a nice plot twist! So, one villain is dead, but EW isn’t finished so, who’s next, Zenos? Best part of this expansion was for sure the character development. Alphinaud and Alisae are love! ❤️ There’s still quite a bit of story to go! Plenty of info will become available. I’m looking forward to seeing Brian’s reaction. 😁 Thank you gentlemen. Stay safe. ❤️

  8. I honestly appreciated that Yoshi P pretty much said “You think you know where the story is gonna go. Lol.” And basically gave us our assumed ending as the first trial of the game. Honestly not knowing where the story was headed after that kept the rest of the expansion an absolute TRIP.

  9. I cannot help but laugh at those who got to raid and didnt have the gear score. I knew I was going to need the gear, and honestly the sets were something i really wanted, so i put the effort in for a full set. Running expert/trial/normal raid/ alliance raid to get tomes gets you 400 a day, meaning can gear up relatively quickly as the tome stuff is only like 500 at most, the weapon.

  10. It was such a surprise for me when I fought Zodiark this early. I was thinking we were going to fight Fandaniel here and temporarily stop Zodiark from being released and the Final Days would release him and then fight him at level 90 but that obviously didn't happen.

  11. that scene where Zenos walks into camp broken glass in your body, the moment they find out its not you is so sick, you see the reaper avatar come out of the body 🙂

  12. Prepare for your mind to be blown away Brian. The next zone completely caught me off guard. No spoils though, but I think you'll probably fall out of your chair 😉 the story just gets better, just you wait.
