if you get 10gold feathers for transfering, which is enough for either the manargarm or draught chocobo mount, could you transfer, take these spoils, then pay the fee to retransfer back to your old data center later (if you want to for example if youre a member of an fc with all your friends)
this essentially means you are "paying" for the amber draught chocobo, instead of having to deal with the stupid recruitment thingy

Restriction on housing lottery should, my guess, go hand in hand with the length of time a FC is not able to get a house.
Those two time limits should go together. 30 days i think that time limit is.
So any newly created FC has the chance to get a FC house on the first lottery round.
I'm not aware of there being any server transfer time limits for toons to get housing on a server they transfered to, but people are welcome to enlighten me, should that be the case.
Personally i'm going to move to Phantom with at least one toon.
