With patch 5.5 approaching, its good to put a bow on many tasks so you can fully focus on the new content and not spend time playing catch-up.
Here is my personal list of tasks to complete before the patch.

0:26 1. Complete Main Scenario Quests.
0:44 2. Complete all NieR Alliance Raids and Quests.
1:16 3. Finish Bozjan Quests and Clear Delebrum Reginae.
1:48 4. Complete your Relics.
2:04 5. Visit Tiamat before she breaks free.
2:29 6. Finish Firmament Sidequests in Ishgard.
2:56 7. Complete Chronicles of a New Era – The Sorrow of Werlyt.
3:24 8. Clear Titan Unreal before Leviathan replaces it.

I don't feel any pressure TBH, in reality any target can be reached strolling before Endwalker.
Relic and Bozja are the least urgent things to do. The updates will come in 5.55 in may.
