*SPOILERS* FF14 Patch 6.4 MSQ Reaction, from Final Fantasy 14. The Dark Throne, a post Endwalker story, sees the Scions befriend Zero, the reaper avatar of Zenos. In my first playthrough, FFXIV pays homage to FF4 in this arc. It features the four archfiends, and even Golbez himself. Dragon Vtra, disguised as Varshahn, seeks out his captured sister Adzdaja. We travel to the Moon, where were are reunited with Final Fantasy XIV loporrits, who are adorable. We also visit Garlemald, make fun of Gnaeus and ship Jullus with Zero. Story includes everyones’ favorite characters, Alisaie, Alphinaud, catgirl Yshtola, Urianger, Daddy Dadcred Thancred, and even a giant Octopus dungeon boss fight. We even see a shirtless Estinien. The new Trial is great too. Oh, and Zeromus gets teased. I voice act the entire thing myself, as part of my VA anime training arc. Thank you, Yoshi P, Koji Fox and Natsuko Ishikawa.
