The official lyrics for “Dedicated to Moonlight” are out! Some of the words we speculated were wrong, but I’m happy to say that we got most of ’em right.
Just that, as usual…there are words that don’t sound like they are properly pronounced e.g. “In your name we bare our hearts” still sound like “In your midst…” 😅

  5. I think some lyrics sounding mispronounced is due to the backing vocals overlapping.

    "In your name" sounds like "in your midst" because of the "*songbirds*" bit in the background.

    Anyway though, thanks for the video.

  7. The official lyrics are absolutely a Mooncat hymn, much like how Nald'thal is an Ul'dah hymn.

    As a mooncat player who has noticed the sheer disparity between suncat rep and mooncat rep among the NPCs in the game and such, I absolutely love this.
