  1. There is nothing wrong or right.
If you hold such high expectations on the players you encounter in matchmaking, then you will just let yourself down.

  2. i find it always exaggerated about the strike you get if you tell someone they are doing something wrong…
just how rude are you bringing your point across that you get a strike for it?

I always say something if i see something wrong.. either i get nothing an insult or a thank you.. never did i get a strike from a GM

  3. As a Healer/tank who actually watches guides and try to at least improve the bare minimum I really enjoy watching people get rekt on shadowbringers because "taking the game seriously is not having fun" Have fun being dead most of the leveling dungeon.

PD: yes I will adjust to smaller pulls or change to less dps to heal more but there are times when that ranged dps just doesn't evade AoEs in single pulls or the tank who doesn't know mitigations at lvl 72

  4. It’s boring I tried questing like a zombie to take my moneys worth out of the subscription I’m paying but not worth it. I’m not resubbin. A week ago I bought Swords of Legends Online and I’m in 104 hrs more hrs that I have spend in FFXIV. Housing is better or at the level of WildStar and that’s saying something.

  5. I like the higher level trials in ARR. Other than that I can pass it, don't get me wrong the world building helped get me hyped for ishgard and doma, but ARR could probably have a sledgehammer taken to it.

  6. No no no no no no. Let me stop you right there. You DO NOT get banned for giving advice to people on how to play better as long as you are courteous and civil. If they snap at you and they report you to the GMs, chances are they will be the ones to get banned because they're gonna read the chat log and be mad you wasted their time. This is a wild misconception people have. If you tell someone "Using your AoE attacks during thrash pulls is more benefical than using single target abilities" YOU WILL NOT GET BANNED. That is completely false. It's if you say "Can you fucking AoE in thrash pull you stupid idiot?" THEN you might get banned if they report you. Because Ive received threats of reports by people like that and nothing happened. EVER. I dont know where people get this idea, but my guess is people who got banned for giving advice probably weren't as respectful as they make it out to be. Also if someone snaps at you for advice? Dont fuel the fire. Let them snap. And then YOU can report them. Also GMs wont waste their times investigating people just petty bickering unless it really goes out of control and harassment or abuse ensues.

  9. Seems like a clear rant post but still a massively needed one. Everyone has their own endgame they’re shooting for, criticism is a huge part of growth especially in modern gaming, and for god’s sake stop making the gap between normal content and everything else SO HUGE. I actually thought my favorite healer (SCH) was a viable option and didn’t know why people hated pet heals until I finished MSQ and had to fucking level AST from 50-80

  10. Delay doesn’t mean it’s canceled so no.

Some ppl need to get over themselves, you can upset about something but that doesn’t mean spoiling other ppl is a good thing. Incomplete product is even worst. Mostly ppl who complained about Ultimate usually those who have never seen how the things work behind the scene. Your demanding can be unrealistic and it’s also because RMT exist for things like Ultimate.

Once a content dropped, it’s likely rarely pulled out because it’s also cost the company to do so with all the assets following that type of content, especially when it’s a core content.

  11. I am new to the game, a WoW refugee if you will. Just finished Realm Reborn story up until i need to kill a fat floating cat god. I liked it. Story was cool. It was like watching a Netflix show. Probably because it was my first time.
Now, the fact that i liked the part which is constantly being shit on by the veteran players, i can only imagine how the following expansions will blow my damn balls off. Can't wait.

  12. going from ffxiv's community to smite's has sucked, so i feel you on it being better By Comparison™️, lol. the aggressive casuals thing is… weird, hopefully i don't meet any of those 😆

holy shit, the strikes don't go away? wow, will definitely not be giving any advice to anyone who hasn't expressed being a curious sprout, lol.

  13. I must say, that so far I have overall great experience with the random players I encounter. They correct me if I am not doing something right. Not using a skill in certain situation, or using wrong skill in other. Explain mechanic etc. without beeing assholes about It. Although I am far from the end game so the experience there might be different. Also I am one of the masochist who actually like the base game. 😀 But if they make the normal content even easier I would probably lost all interest in playing the game. Playing a game where you have absolutely zero challenge is no fun for me. But great video, the message is clear.
