  1. I participated in the closed beta test for Final Fantasy XIV on PC ten years ago. At that time, I was comparing it with version 1.0, which had impressed me back then. With this mobile version, I felt a similar sensation upon seeing the gameplay. Like Arthars, Ifrit's normal mode did not leave a strong impression on me, but the hard mode did. Back then, we used to ask casters to use Limit Break 3 on the nails. Otherwise, it was an uphill battle for everyone. In most cases, it was impossible for some parties. But with the new mobile version, I was already impressed with Normal. I can't wait to see the harder instances.

  2. hopefully when the game release globally and people start praising the game it will give yoshi p and the devs for the retail version a much needed wake up call they have been way to comfortable and complacent for way too long its time to get back to work

  3. It'll be interesting if the mobile version is a means for the PC devs to view ARR with updated gameplay systems using a larger sample size of "testers". As a way to see if it's feasible to implement said updated abilities without potentially breaking balancing in ARR in the PC version… or did people expect these mobile changes to be implemented into the PC version immediately, without a larger test sample, to see if it would work? Because that would just be unwise.
