  1. Meoni, would you say it’s good to have multiple workshops? I’m rank 4 almost 5 and not sure if it’s better for me to build the second workshop or save my mats and wait to see what else I can build?

  2. Hopefully this will come in useful when I can enter my island again… it's currently impossible due to server congestion. Gotta wait until enough people have rush maxed it and gotten bored of it before that.

  3. Just noticed when Meoni talked to the taskmaster, it said "You'll pleased to know…". I think SE forgot proper english would be "You'll be pleased to know…"

  4. I really am salty that because I had decided to buy the shirt, I’m currently 2-3 days behind. And while it’s not a race, it boils down to feeling like I’m being punished for wanting some of the items that can be bought without any warning that after a certain part of ranking my island for the first time, I’m not going to be handed a bunch of seafarers like I was used to. I really do think SE fucked up on that part.

  5. I feel like I would save my rare materials rather than sell them, at least while we're at the start. I imagine I could make more from selling an efficiently made item which uses it in the market, and it's not like the 25 seafarer cowries are putting much of a dent into the 1,500 upgrade cost. You could always sell them later, but you can't just get them for a craft.

  6. So do rest days affect your mammet's efficiency? Like if they don't have a day off, they won't work as hard? I saw that you can give them days off and wasn't sure if it changed your workshop

  7. I dont like IS so far at all. I dont like the idea of having to schedule workers and what they make vs supply and demand and losing currency if you dont make the right things. Its a job. Its not fun. Mine is going to be abandoned. Which is sad because I wanted the pixie wings. I got enough for the shorts before abandoning, but I'll never get the wings or anything else.

  8. I bought the backpack top as soon and I had enough which was a big mistake. Now I’m just slowly earning money to expand my land. Oh well, live and learn.

  9. then should one fill its farm with variants of the animals rather than 1 normal and 1 variant of it? I mean, by the looks of it the variants give you 2 items so that might be better.
Sure there is the chance that they give you one and thats it but
if you have to chose between
    having constantly 1 item
    and
having constantly 1 time with the chance of having a second one
I'm pretty sure you should probably pick the second one as you don't lose anything from it.
