Just my opinion… but IMO he's very underrated.
Loprits = Minions and they are indeed D tier or paint shaker worthy.

Largely agreed, except with Papalymo. I always got the impression of "big brother" energy between him and Lyse, and he did protect her secret. There's also the reason why you don't see him any more that gets him a boost in my book. But just to "B" teir.

I haven't played all expansions yet, and my memory is terrible but anyway:
1. Edmont de Fortemps – Completely disagree! He gave us asylum, even at his own risk. He gifted us with resources, intel, and even respectability, we become part of his house, and to top it all, his courageos oldest son was our most beloved friend <sniff> I'm using the title "House Fortemps Knight" for a long time
2. Magnai Oronir – Completely agree! I didn't love the character's character but his looks were awesome! Because of him I fall in love with Au Ra, and changed my female Miqo'te for a male Au Ra
3. Gaius van Baelsar – What I can say… COMPLETELY AGREE!!! One of the few characters I like in ARR so I was elated when we met him again, he may has many remarkable qualities but in the end, Hot IS HOT, no need for anything else
I cackled so hard when Gaius went into his tier. Prae has never been the same again
