Final Fantasy XIV – Dedicated to Moonlight (Piano Arrangement – Savage)

One of the best themes to come out of Patch 6.3 and it was an absolute challenge to transcribe, especially the violin in the end section but I think, I THINK, I managed to capture it!
For the most part I tried my best to carry the energy over into this arrangement and may have also slipped the iconic Prelude in there at points!
I’ll be transcribing the other themes from the new alliance raid shortly but
as always I hope you all enjoy this one in the meantime! 😀

  1. Really good, I enjoy how you played with the tempo at 1:01 and `1:22, as well as the licks around 1:33 and 1:45. The violin ("fiddle") scales and progressions + voice instrumentalization translate really well to piano. Reminds me of ZUN's style of composing, or even Soken's. Very faithful cover to the original material but adding a new spin/flavor to it.
