They are single items (body slot) but take up 4 slots: Body, Hands, Legs and Feet. You can’t mix-and-match it with other items. Unfortunately they are also undyeable.

I wouldn't recommend getting this for male characters though. I tried it on three of mine (all of them are from different races) and it slims the body A LOT. It looks somewhat uncanny and honestly pretty scary.
