Really enjoy listening to Yoshi P talk, I have so much respect and love for the FFXIV team.
Bit tired to watch, but here's some food for the algorithm.
WoW is sadly going downhill and Kotick is a monster… Blitzzard won't be the same…
Yoshida pays to play on his main acc so yea he really is a sub member of the game like the rest if us and most of the team is that way them join daily quest in random ques and see 1st hand what to fix because they play our game with us
i've been playing since 3.3 and all I can say is that, for me, they are the gold standard when it comes to PR. All those live letters, developer's note, yoshida's interview with different entities..I wish gaming companies would really take note on this. Especially the predatory gacha games 🙁
I've never felt included so quickly in any community, let alone MMOs.
Thanks so much again for watching one of my videos Sarah Jane! I'm starting a Podcast next week focusing on the people behind the FFXIV community, I've got my first guest lined up already, but I'd love to add you to the guest list if you'd be willing sometime in the next few weeks!
It's nice to know that a dev group wants to actually create a game that is fun and player friendly. It's why I've gone to other games and lost interest fast and always came back to ffxiv. Ive been playing since beta, and it somehow always gets me to come back even if I take a month break.
For me, WoW lacked comradery, working together to help one another if needed or when needed. In FFXIV you just ask and you'll find it. Comradery is not hard to find in FFXIV. And we have fun doing it.
Got one more class to hit 60, then I'll be finishing heavensward, then off to stormblood, can't wait to finally get caught up. Sad what happened to wow after wrath but as a ff fan don't regret moving over at all.
Jagaimo from that channel's name means "potato" in Japanese in case anyone was curious.
you think you know, but you dont — beta testers calling huge problems of shadowlands.. the problems get patched pre last patch of expansion…. and also do you guys dont have a phone? are most memorable
