I don't play Bard and probably never will, but I do love me some ranger classes in games. If I were to play a DPS it would likely be Samurai so I can weeb out with a katana and enjoy the animations.
…Actually, I take that back, the Reaper class might be the one DPS class that might pull me from tanking/healing to try it out.

3.x "bow mage" had me drop it entirely
Then when they removed that caster stance tried it again and felt weird. A lot of its songs names no longer match what their 5.x effects do anymore.
Foe's Requiem was self aoe radius magic defense debuff on all enemies. Mages Ballad was MP regen. Army's Paeon was TP regen.
Agreed boring especially their aoe rotation eh
I see your reloading vids and wanted to see if you would do a honey badger assault rifle reload
but, have you played bard in endgame content? i'll admit bard is boring lvl 1-50 but from lvl70 onwards, there is so many things you need to micromanage, keeping your dots up, your song uptime, your song gauge, literally one of the busiest job in ffxiv
