Welcome to being a streamer in FFXIV…that has actively shown what server they're on. While the community has learned to not overcrowd streamers (lest they be banned for a time), certain people will take full advantage of hanging around and dropping surprises on said streamers. Including concerts, just as you saw.
Do not be surprised if you suddenly find yourself getting traded various gifts by other people. Fun little tip: if you want to avoid that, there is a way that you can set your status to "busy" so you don't get those kind of things. Though I suppose being on the free trial certainly helps things.
FF14 community is probably the best ive ever seen in a game. Super welcoming and a lot of the time patient and understanding. Im a BLM main and even though BLM is one of the hardest classes to get the hang of everyone was really understanding about it. (still love it though)
