The purpose of this video is twofold:
1. To showcase the best OST in gaming to a new audience.
2. To demonstrate how much cooler WoW would be with more effort put into presentation. It’s a DRASTIC improvement.
The core gameplay is fine. Better than fine. But when you compare it to XIV, its shortcomings become apparent.
Write music. Give screen-shaking raid nukes. Add drama and feels. Eranog/Diurna and Dathea were good steps in the right direction.
But we all know they won’t give a damn ever again, they’re busy firing team leads for sticking up for their boys. Such a shame.

if there is one thing which FF XIV is far superior it is definitely music – wow itself have several nice musical pieces, but unfortunately wow music is more muted, while FF XIV use music from all genres
