  1. "He's like 14" – "Nevermind." lmao he's actually 16. Minfilia is, if I recall rightly, in her mid-to-late thirties?? I think she was twenties during Meteorfall….. ffxiv timelines are fucky lol

Ahh the music change in the Shiva fight is SO badass. Your eyes went huge lmao. I love doing the Savage of this unsync'd because I can just stand in the middle casting Holy as a White mage, circling the camera with the HUD turned off and it just looks INCREDIBLE.

Sorry Chat will never not be horny for Aymeric. It will only get WORSE throughout Heavensward.

Hot damn, I've never been clubbing in ffxiv, that looks incredible. And some very nice music choices.

Ignore anyone who gives you shit for playing a lalafell in the game. You seem to be having a lot of fun and that is the ONLY thing that matters. Report Harassment and Blacklist if you get any grief, your friends will teach you how to do so if you ask (if they haven't already – I'm sure as a streamer you've had to deal with some real egg-heads now and again so I hope they've given you some guidance on how to protect yourself, if they haven't been doing it for you lol)

People are weird about lalafell in the game, like, for real. They're the horniest and most sexually active race in the game, you just have to listen to Gegeruju or Momodi, or Mimidoa, or any number of the unnamed NPCs in Ul'dah or Limsa. Heck, there's canon lines later in the game that outright say Tataru has more game than Thancred. People see a short race that ISN'T monsterous or hairy af and go "A CHILD". It's a genuine problem. As someone who is actually IRL friends with a Little Person, the way people react to Lalafell in the game is hella ableist and fucked. It really grinds my gears when I see people react the same way to Little People IRL the same way, my friend's fiance got doxxed as a 'pedo' because clearly the only reason ANYONE would want to marry a Little Person is if they were a predator /sarcasm. I've avoided recommending this game to that person because of that behaviour. Even though I know they would be genuinely overjoyed to play a game where there is a race of people just like them, who are PLAYABLE, who aren't shoved in the corner for when the main character has need of them, who have heroes and villains and innocents and scientists and saucy barwenches, who have a huge complex and story relevant history and culture and city. And aren't bestial. Aren't one dimensional.

Sorry, I'll get off my soap-box. Enjoy the game, report anyone who gives you shit. I'm so glad you're enjoying yourself and that all of your experiences so far have been positive. It's a lovely game and the community is genuinely one of the better ones. It's got its weirdness, and my god the drama can get rancid sometimes, but that's just people. I'm sure WoW has had its moments too.

  2. The fact that Urianger is voiced by The same guy as Lor'themar from warcraft…..I always imagined this was How Lor'themar reacted at Thalyssra's attempts to woo him when I heard him say Unhand me 😂😂😂😂😂

  3. fun fact about shiva's fight…to make it more fun….right before she cast diamond dust. if you do a dance or a pose, you will freeze in whatever pose you are in at the moment lol
She will also hover above a player to end the attack…and gives you a little head boop with her toe XD

also yes…Ameryic is one of the best boi's in FFXIV. (most best boi all come from Ishgard just saying)

  4. "Footsteps in the Snow" (the p1 music for Shiva) is one of my favorite ARR tracks. There's a remix of her p2 theme "Oblivion" later in the game as well, which I think is the superior version of that track.

  5. Each city has a looping dance. For Limsa, it is the Step Dance (like river dance), Gridania is the Harvest Dance (sorta goofy but fun) and for U'ldah, ball room dance. All look cute on Lalas. It's a very small quest to get it so you don't have to buy dances from the store. You had the same reaction I did at my first club venue. There are also some RP establishments like coffee or tea houses, there's a waffle house, a mall, an aquarium. All sorts of places where everyone goes. Check them out.

Oh and, Aymeric was my first video game crush. He's delish.

  6. Most clubs live stream the Club on a social media platform, were a DJ plays music. Some DJs are professionals, they really good. In a RP club, what you see on your screen is vanilla. Other peoples screens don't show the same content. Sometimes if the streamer forgets they streaming, you can see what they see.

  7. WoW will never have player housing, since a big enough chunk of the playerbase doesnt see the value of player housing. everytime you bring it up, one of three things happens 1) they completely dismiss it as a waste of resources. it will cost a Ray D. Tear. 2) they bring up garrisons as an excuse of why the idea would suck or 3) their seething hatred of FFXIV flares up and they dismiss it because they dont want anything remotely XIV related near WoW, its the Voldemort of WoW, a literal "The Game That Shall Not Be Named".

  8. Under emotes there are several tab's next to last is all your dances /cheers and some even made a separate ui purely for social events.
So they have easy access to all the emotes they can use often and spam em and untag the chat emote spam box.
A conversation with only emotes linked in a row is fun to watch. My ui got combat, crafters, pvp and sosial. Love you can make sevral ui's for diffrent needs. /dote the dev team. Go WOL have fun in all corners of Eorzea.
