It didn’t take players long to start putting pieces, months apart, together into a finished jigsaw!

Thank you so much for watching this video.
My channel is focused on player perspective content, gameplay, theory’s and importantly game lore for Final Fantasy XIV.
As this channel has grown, my goals have evolved, but ever do they remain the same.
That is the creation of videos that mean to bring a smile to a viewer’s face or provide them with even one piece of useful information.
I mean to live up to these goals and the time you have taken to watch my content.

Aside from all the circumstantial evidence and the similar greek inspirations, if you needed any more proof Krile even explicitly says '[Hydaelyn] charged Her collaborators with maintaining stability [after the sundering]'
As for what they are, they really want to stress they arent primals but primals as an existence has been stretched pretty far in the recent sagas. I think they're either some dynamis version of a primal, or more likely to me, that the Ancients were the 'heart' of their gods in the same way Venat was for Hydaelyn and Elidibus was for Zodiark. That form of Elder Primal seems to largely conform to the personality of its heart, but likely still can be influenced by the relevant worship.
Mortals are so intriguing that the Gods them selves can’t help but mingle and want to dwell along side us. 😃 we mortals are Gods in our own right.
There dream is to finally know what it means to be a mortal being
I'm disappointed. I wish the pantheon weren't tied to ancients or hydaelyn at all. Can we get some originality? I strongly dislike Venat as a whole and wish Oda and Yoshida could stop relying on her as a plot device. Ugh thank u for the video.
my theory the entire time has been that the 12 were some sort of stand in for the Convocation of Fourteen and with this patch it just makes me believe this even more.
i can't remember the names, but there's a questline in elpis where you help create behemoth, and in this raid, we fight four of these proto-behemoths, and then a real behemoth!
i also think on a surface level, the way the twelve react to mankind as like… somewhere between children and pets, is very ancient-like.
on a final note, i never DREAMED we'd get watcher lore with this raid series and im so excited!!! he's become one of my favorite minor npcs honestly, and im so happy to learn more about him 😊😊😊 thank you for the video! also!! im really curious- did you like the new raid and the direction the story seems to be going?
But didnt all ancitents who summon/followed venaz fully died when she was created soul and all.?
I confess I skip all raid story cutscenes because the updates are so far apart I'd rather just wait for it all to be in NG+…
I’m convinced Deryk is Oschon and the little monkey is actually the 13th god
Another thing to mention that backs up these theory's is the adds you face after Nophica on your way to Althyk. They are the same test subjects that you see in that quest chain, from Toad to behemoth 🙂
Does anyone else think, that the small ape thing from deryk (its called opa-opa in german, dunno if its the same in english) might reveal himself as the 13. unknown god?
The 13th is the Lalafell god of cuteness, hugs and head pats.
I have a theory that the Sundering, the place where Hydaelyn and Zodiark fought, took place in Silvertear Lake or at least near it. It's the reason why the entrance to Omphalos is there and why Midgardsormr lived there. It is also the place where aether flows in and out of the Source and the Reflections.
Wonderful video! Question: How do you replay side quests?
If this is true, why do this only for the source? We know that in the FIRST the same region worships different gods, but instead of there being "twelve" there is only 4.
I would love the devs to use lalfell models for the 12!
definitely in the ballpark of theyre all like the watcher….
Directly after i finished the quest line, I went to the moon to see if the watcher had any additional dialogue, but nothing related to the Myths of the Realm as far as i can tell
If the Twelve are related to ancients in some way, then what the heck is going on with Nald’thal, who is basically two twins sharing one body.
