What is a (beast) tribe? Why bother helping them? The advantages and what rewards you can get, all covered in this nifty starter guide!
This guide is made during the 6.15 patch, and so, only the first tribe in Endwalker is included, however, given the consistency of FFXIV, we can almost definitely assume there will be two other tribes, and one will probably be gathering exclusive and the other crafting exclusive. One of them might offer an emote in addition to the usual stuff!

Thanks for the video, this'll really help! If you don't mind, can you make a guide on how to grind/how The Firmament works? I really want to get the tank tops they offer there but I'm at a loss. Thanks!
Guide could have been better if you started with the very first step, how to unlock and which npc to start.
As a little bandaid based on Selena's comment: You unlock beast tribes by doing the Main Scenario Quest "In Pursuit of the Past" at level 41. This means you unlock five quests at your grand company to send you to each of the ARR beast tribes. All the beast tribes of future expansions are unlocked in unique ways as I do mention in the video 🙂
