With Live Letter 68 came some much desired clarification and news for the Housing Lottery system that will be changing how player housing as a whole functions in FFXIV ; a system which has been creaking under the weight of growing pains.
This news goes into more details on how the lottery system will function for both free companies as well as indivuduals who are looking to buy a house! We’ll be going through the slides, provided by the Final Fantasy XIV Reddit discord & iluna minori!
I personally believe these changes will aid in taking a huge portion of strain off of those who are looking to get a plot in game as it eliminates the need to camp at a placards for hours upon end.
