  1. I feel that only showing the bars in the FF14logs section and not showing the numbers was pretty disingenuous. At the time of writing this, Oracle of Darkness Savage, at the 99th percentile, there's NIN at the top with 25,150 rDPS and Machinist at the bottom with 22,080 rDPS. It may not seem like a large gap but it's about a 15% damage contribution difference which is massive, especially after saying how huge a 1% raid wide damage buff is with only 8 people in the raid group.

  2. wait a minute, you took a samurai and a black mage into ucob? y'all some masochists.

honestly, the one class thing is something i have to disagree on. Farm parties quickly turn into prog parties. fkn e9 becomes a save LB for tank LB for the final mechanic before 2nd tiles. Yes i know that we shouldnt be seeing that mechanic but at the same time, i rather clear it with cheese than not clear at all

  3. Before I even start the video just want to say I kept ignoring the video in my sub box because I thought it was going to be about smash bros. Yes I should pay more attention to the title.

  4. The importance of meta died when FFlogs was updated to calculate for rDPS, it had nothing to do with meme runs like 8 tank UCOB. A meta comp was never required to clear any content but prior to SHB if you didnt have Trick Attack or Balance in your party (or if you were a phys ranged and there was no DRG for piercing debuff) it was legitimately impossible to chase the higher rankings parse fiends were obsessed with. Above all else that's why almost every party demanded AST/NIN/DRG.
