  1. While I didn't mention it in the video something else to keep in mind is the challenge log. You unlocked it through the "Rising to the Challenge" quest found in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (X:11.5, Y:10.9). Essentially it just gives you bonus exp and gil each week by doing the things you'll already be doing.

  2. worth noting you can also get the road to 90 buff on existing characters for taking the free world transfer to a new (specifically new, not preferred) world (such as any world on Dynamis at the moment)

  3. Daily routine: EW Battle Tribe, ShB Battle Tribe, DT Daily Hunt Bills (total is 11M exp). If you're 90, that and a few FATEs is a level right there. At 91+, that gets up no less than half-way, after which one Aglaia run will get you a level as that (with buffs) is 11M or so per run.

So do a Roulette (or turn in a Khloe book), then run Aglaia and you're getting a level an hour or less. You can comfortably level two Battle Jobs 90-100 per week this way, and maybe level a Crafting Job as a break here and there.
