I think it's clever that they used this song for Hansel and Greta. They both have their own fight theme yes bit given at what point of thr story we are at and who's song this is they essentially function as stand-ins to avoid spoilers. And since this song played in Factory people who aren't aware of what happens will just think they just reused this song when in fact this is reference to when we encounter Devola and Poppola in both Nier games

All of yoko tara titles use emi emil and okabe.. this language in the music is a language emi created with all 8 real life languages. Yoko wanted a futuristic vibe
