  1. After changing class u may use that button "Recommended Gear", also u can save gear set for every class in ur character screen, and then switch it with a single click from taskbar. Btw. If they ask, U tell them u know that from Meme mentor.

  2. If you're having fun playing a ranged class, it might be worth it to level to 16 ^^

I would recommend doing FATEs, the world events that appear as blue circles on your map, they give a lot of xp just for participating

After that, you could probably get enough xp from the MSQ to level both archer and gladiator, doing only one class might make you way overleveled very quickly

But really, there's no meta or "right" way, you just kinda pick what seems fun to you and go with it any time you like, many players actually play multiple classes at max level just to vary things up

    Hope that helps!

  3. The "meta" for leveling classes is "do whatever you want"

No but really many people recommend you max out a particular class before branching out a lot because there is an XP bonus for alt classes that is bigger the higher your main class is.

But bottom line if switching and leveling several classes at the sane time is what you find fun then have at it.

  4. No real metal be what u want when u want. U can save your armor for other jobs of the same armor type or lighter till 50 or was it 60 then it's tanks healers casters still sharin. range and ninja also share striking for monk and Sam maiming for reaper and dragoon crafting for crafting and gathering for gatering

  5. the white wolf gate in gridania is locked because it leads directly to a Lv 30+ section of that map. so you need to be high enough level for the unlock quest to be completed, which isnt going to be for a little while. since at lv 23, the mobs will probably hand you your legplates, even as a tank.

  6. Having lvled tank before, it does get faster, and it doesn't go that much slower than dps. Depends what style of skills you want. So I would recommend to try them all up to a certain lvl, just to get a feel for them. If you want to get a specific job, you need to level a specific class.

  7. Best thing is to keep one class well ahead of the MSQ level requirement, and at least one level ahead of all other combat classes. There's a hefty "armoury bonus" that applies an exp boost to all combat classes below your highest leveled class. You'll find that the MSQ doles out enough exp to keep a second topped up too. If you're using the daily roulettes (available to you soon) you can work on 3 or more.

  8. Btw you don't have to re-equip everything every time. In your Character screen under attributes you can make gear sets (the name is self explanatory). It's right above your weapon, the list thing. And right next to it is the recommended gear button, the blue person button.

  9. Basically you can play every job/class in the game on one character. Each job levels separately, up to the level cap for the game. Your highest level job levels normally, and any jobs you play that are a lower level get an exp bonus to make it faster to level them.

  10. which playstyle do you prefer? gladiator or archer? i recommend going as whichever you like best. but note that gladiator is a tank and archer is a dps. if it matters to you what role you take in a dungeon, you should consider the class roles as well. anyway, ive been really enjoying your videos. i look forward to your next upload!

  11. The meta is if you find a class/job you enjoy more than your current "main" you can go for it. Leveling from 1-16 is usually the most annoying part, but if you look around the maps you can unlock leves and guildhests (which are from level 10) to help you level those new jobs faster. Guildhests even have their own roulette in duty finder.
