  7. As someone who enjoys farming for things like mounts, FF respects your time. You have 99 attempts at a mount before its guaranteed from collecting totems. Or if you get the mount you can turn those in for weapon glams. If you don't want the weapon you can desynth it for a chance at an item thats worth a decent amount of money.
    Wow on the other hand restricts me to once a character per week. No token or totem system to guarantee I won't waste months to years grinding for a mount. Most weapons in old raids are 6g and are almost not worth picking up unless your on a high pop server and can sell an xmog. You can if you have the right profession desynth it for crystals that can be sold but arnt worth much in comparison to a rank 4-6 legendary.

    All in all, WoW does somethings right but the execution has been bad. Who wants to grind ICC for months to a year for Invincible in 2021? Like do I need to have 50 level 60's grinding every week to actually get a mount? Is that even healthy and does Blizzard care? You know there are people out there crazy enough to do it.(I only have 9 level 60's[201-226ilvl] and around 20 characters above 50 to farm old content so I was halfway there)

  8. that part with the salty mage being shocked people were kind hit me hard man, its like i felt like i had streamer privilege for the first time. i even did savage as a pugger, like you would never join a myhtic farm if you dint have raider I.O.

  13. Regarding the Furry thing:

    I got into a debate with someone about it cause they REFUSED to believe WoW has furries/etc and FFXIV is FILLED with them.

    In the end along with others who agree'd with me, I pointed out that Furry was Anthromoprhic charactets, walk n talk on 2 legs, moves and talks like humans but, literally has animal look, face, fur body etc. WoW has Tauren, Vulpera, Worgen, Draenei *Space goats so KINDA?*, Pandarens, you can turn into Cats/moonkin/bear/etc not furry but, you know what I mean. FFXIV's only furry is Hrothgar.

    In the end they then go into saying:

    "WELL ATLEAST IN WOW THEY MAKE SENSE WHY THEY EXIST! THERE'S A WHOLE LORE BEHIND SO ITS NATURAL FOR THEM TO EXIST IN AZEROTH! NOTHING MAKES SENSE IN FFXIV!!!"

    So I asked. "…Have you, read the lore behind the races of FFXIV?

    Them: "NO WHY WOULD I!?!?"

    Me: "…You know just, stay in WoW. =/ Take care mate."

  17. I really like the essence of what is being told in those videos. It really shows that wow isn't the holy grail people make it out to be, but the most important question I have to ask is. What class are you playing savix?

  20. waiting savix to join in with the final fantasy 14 pvp players. chatting, getting info, learning. that should be a good content for savix and viewers who want to get good with pvp in ff14.

  26. 2.5 years FFXIV player here. You guys think this is accurate? We got our own "special" kind of snowflakes in FFXIV, ready to be offended by the most nonsensical expressions. Enjoy. It's a bubble, and it will burst. Have fun until then.
