I'd rather have a healer that's a tiny bit airheaded and re-asks questions about mechanics yet is passionate and CARES than one that literally sits there and burns mana healing the air and saying it's me or him knowing full well his friends will choose him over the other guy. But that's just me.

Hi i think you are wrong on the player skill issue part. And some communication points i feel like you are being wrong too.
Just in the clips that wave shows he has been trying to reach out to dice, dice is the one not wanting to respond. He behavior is extremely questionable as i will touch on later.
Lets not even talk about that
Dice has previously parse gold on many things, they are a skilled healer for sure-when it comes to parsing.
But not using addersgall to replenish mana in a fight makes me wonder if dice has been micro manipulating you guys to find more and more healers, leading to a even slower process.
I can guarantee you if you swap out Dice for prog you would’ve been fine throughout all the rest of the prog, because this motherer is parsing while progging
I am also a ultimate raider myself, whats more important is that i Play All Jobs. I took it so far to the extent i use optimizers that I developed for my own use to minimize effy moments in raid, but lets forget about who I AM.
I know what this sage is doing. While i think getting active uptime to make themselves look good is extremely questionable in a prog, it could happen.
Some of Your points can also be completely revoked from different perspectives but i dont want to point all of them out one by one the audiences are smart enough.
For ex, you said in start of video wave was trying to claim that this is the only reason why he was kicked, you are wrong. You watched his video with the assumption that he will be bringing foul points, thats why your points doesnt matter in your current video.
Every person has their learning curve and wave has made that crystal clear IN THE BEGINNING OF HIS VIDEO.
He pointed out that he is still learning and so we already know that he is not perfect.
Other points you just have to be unbiased and scroll through logs and videos to prove it yourself. Dice is being an idiot here. I dont care if they parse 100 in any fight, parse requires sandbagging and how many of those numbers are true representation of unsurpassed skills, idk. I can do a perfect rotation with minimized gcd healing and still end up with orange.
Golden parsers are sketchy themselves so i will stop commenting on that.
For the other problems that you bring up, I will not comment on them because i am not god and i know what other things wave has been doing wrong. His behavior according to you, if true, cold lead to some serious group issue. But there is just no way for me to see what wave is doing. Unless you provide more clips.
I am more skewed towards kicking dice than wave, not only because he is parsing in prog, manipulating you guys (extremely plausible through his behavior trying to make other healers look bad to accommodate themselves), and also being a dick not talking to the cohealers. Why leave when you can explain more? Just a “I AM OVERHEALING TO BE SAFE” is not enough to make his behavior justified.
Anyway i have talked wayyy too much you guys can figure iu the rest but i got more important things to do.
