I actually don’t know of this game much. Interested in more videos cause I only played the game for a day. And then forgot I had the game.
This game is much more in depth with much of its story and customization options compared to WoW where your own character becomes more unique. Like weirder transmogs, and a better housing system than the brief one WoW had.
I restarted my WoW journey alongside you last year and got back into Retail for a little while. I don't play it anymore, but it was nice to see we struggled with the same things after not playing for like 8 years lol. Maybe I'll start playing FF? Great work!
if you want to play a hrothgar later on, yes you need shadowbringers for the male, and dawntrail for the female, you will get an item called "bottle of fantasia" which allows you to change your character
You should try Mists of Pandaria Remix in world of warcraft.

Pay very good attention to the story, I think its really good! I like ff14 more than WoW, I think ff14 is just more fun. I hope you like it and have fun! (just be careful of Balmung…DO NOT go to Balmung!)

This series could be pretty damn nice 😀 I hope you can survive the early game in ARR (A-Realm-Reborn), because ARR leads to a lot of players quitting. But if you stick through it, you will reach the first expansion Havensward, which unfolds the absolutely amazing story of FF14! And from Havensward onwards the game is just a blast 😀

Oh man. This game starts really simple (and yet confusing) and before you know it you're heavily invested in some otherworldly adventure. I'm a WoW player but absolutely LOVE the story in this game. The base game story is very long and not super interesting but once you're done with "A Realm Reborn" you get to "Heavensward" and oh are you in for a interesting ride.
Big tip, blue quests unlock content. It's often worth taking the time to complete them.
The GCD might be a little weird to adjust to but once you get to level 50 or 60 you get abilities and spells that you can 'weave' inbetween that.

I just started FFXIV 3 weeks ago and don't listen to what people say about the base ARR story. It's starts to really get going around level 30-40 and I am so happy I stuck it out. This game is a one of a kind MMO! Plus they just did a graphical update and it looks amazing. The community is extremely friendly for sprouts as well.

The early game/first half of the first expansion is a real drag and usually the filter for those who quit, but trust me when I say the game just gets better and better if u can just get past the start
Ff14 is honestly amazing. It can be a bit boring in the beginning but gets sooooo much better around 30-40 level. Also my favourite expansion of all time is endwalker. So emotional. If you play the other expansions youll fall in love with the story. So much emotion and depth.

As a ff14 player i can say that it does start slow but the story pick up pace at level 30 to 40 and stay up there for the expentions

Get ready for 300 hours of 1 2 1 2 and then eventually it upgrades to 1 2 3 1 2 3
