I don't think anyone thought this was good mostly because we don't know what criteria was made for the list. Everyone is just assuming the worst right now.
Was there any specific mention of this even being a BIPOC focused campaign? It seems like something that's adding fuel to a fire when it was never intended in the first place. Additionally, how many of these people already had running sponsorships with SE IPs? Maybe the list was mostly doubling up on people with existing or recent sponsorships?
I’m not sure if this is true or not but if it is then you could’ve and still can go into more detail as to who some of the streamers are that you felt were left out and why they were left out specifically.
You cannot make a claim along the lines of Square filters who is eligible for there events by race and follow it up with literally 0 evidence without making yourself and your argument look bad.
Even if you have the purest of intentions (after checking your Twitter I think you do) the listener of this video is put in a position of not having the information needed to agree with what you said even if it is true.
If the evidence is out there to convince you then share at least that same level of evidence with the listener, there just isn’t enough in this video to convince me that square has done anything wrong
Top first world problems. xD
apart from Beyaca how many black ffxiv streamers are there even? she's like the only 1 i know and she parses, and also of ppl that use ACT didn't make it, so i don't think theres anyhthing racist going on.
Omg… really… racial issues are your top? There are so many other problems that are worse than this…. so over this sjw crap and so are POC…It’s totally ok to say you’re mad you didn’t get picked.
