The song that was playing while you were inside the boat was 'Answers – Reprise'. You heard this song first when Papalymo sacrificed himself to seal up Shinryu after Ilberd summoned him.
But, this is not the version that played at the end of FFXIV 1.x however. That version is, in combination with the visuals, pretty dang terrifying. And someone was kind enough to record it for posterity. I present to you, 'Dalamud Answers':
